Configuring an email client on your computer to send/receive FLM TGIF mail is quick and easy by simply following the instructions below. If you would like assistance, please call (877) FLM-LIFE.

Outlook Express 6 Configuration for Windows-based PCs

1.	Open Outlook Express. Note that if you have never previously used or configured Outlook Express, the Internet Connection Wizard will launch. If this happens, proceed directly to Step 4.
2.	From the Tools menu, select 'Accounts'.
3.	Click the 'Add' button, and select 'Mail'.
4.	Enter your full name in the Display Name field, and click 'Next'.
5.	Enter your email address in the box, and click 'Next'.
6.	Click the 'My incoming mail server is a' drop-down box, and select POP3. Enter mail.flmtgif.org for both the Incoming (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) Server AND Outgoing (SMTP) Server fields, then click 'Next'.
7.	Enter your full email address into the Account Name field. Enter your password into the appropriate box, check the 'Remember Password' box, click the 'Next' button, and then the 'Finish' button.
8.	Double-click your new mail account in the mail account list (ensure you are on the Mail tab).
9.	Click the 'Servers' tab, and check the box labeled "My server requires authentication". Click the 'Settings' button, and ensure that the radio button is set to use the same settings as your incoming mail server. Click 'Ok' twice to return to your inbox.

Outlook Express 5 Configuration for Windows-based PCs

Outlook 2002 Configuration for Windows-based PCs

1.	Open Outlook 2002.
2.	From the Tools menu, select 'E-Mail Accounts'.
3.	Select Add a new e-mail account, and click 'Next'.
4.	Select POP3 and click 'Next'.
5.	Enter your full name in the Your Name field. Enter your email address into the E-Mail Address field. Enter mail.flmtgif.org for BOTH the Incoming mail server (POP3) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) fields. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields.
6.	Click the 'More Settings' button, then click the 'Outgoing Server' tab.
7.	Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Ensure that the radio button is set to 'Use same settings as my incoming server'.
8.	Click 'Ok'.
9.	Click 'Next', and then 'Finish'.

Outlook 2000 Configuration for Windows-based PCs

1.	Open Outlook 2000. If wizard does not automatically begin, see the section at the end of this page labeled "Manually Creating Account".
2.	Click 'Next'.
3.	Select 'None of the Above', and click 'Next'.
4.	Select 'Internet Only', and click 'Next'.
5.	Check 'Internet E-Mail', and click 'Next'.
6.	Click the 'Setup Mail Account' button.
7.	In the Mail Account field, enter FLM TGIF. Enter your full name into the Name field. Enter your email address into the E-Mail Address field.
8.	Click the 'Servers' tab.
9.	In the Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) fields, enter 'mail.flmtgif.org' (without the single-quotes). Enter your username and password into the Account Name and Password fields respectively. Check the box labeled 'Remember password'. Check 'My server requires authentication'.
10.	Click 'Ok', then click 'Next', then click 'Finish'.
Manually Configuring Account: (Note: Only do this section if the wizard did not launch upon Outlook start-up) Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Services'. Click 'Add', select 'Internet E-Mail', and click 'Ok'. Type FLM TGIF into the top-most field, enter your full name into the Name field, and your email address in the E-Mail Address field. Click the 'Servers' tab. Enter mail.flmtgif.org in both the Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) fields. Enter your username and password into the Account Name and Password fields respectively. Check the box labeled 'My server requires authentication'. Click 'Ok' twice to return to your inbox.

Netscape 7 Configuration for Windows-based PCs

1.	Open Netscape Mail & Newsgroups.
2.	Select 'Email account' and click 'Next'.
3.	Enter your full name into the Your Name field, and your email address into the Email Address field. Click 'Next'
4.	Select POP, and enter mail.flmtgif.org for both the Incoming Server and Outgoing Server fields. Click 'Next'.
5.	Enter your username into the User Name field, and click 'Next'.
6.	Enter your username into the Account Name field, and click 'Next', then click 'Finish'.
7.	From the Edit menu, choose Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.
8.	Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the Accounts list.
9.	Check the box next to "Use name and password", and enter your username into the User Name box. Click 'Ok'.

Netscape 6.x Configuration for Windows-based PCs

1.	Open Netscape 6.
2.	From the 'Tasks' menu, select 'Mail & Newsgroups'.
3.	Select 'ISP or email provider' and click 'Next'.
4.	Enter your full name and email address into the appropriate fields, and click 'Next'.
5.	For 'Server Type', select POP Mail Server. Enter mail.flmtgif.org into both Server Name fields. Click 'Next'.
6.	Enter your username into the User Name field, and click 'Next'.
7.	Enter your username into the Account Name field, and click 'Next', then click 'Finish'.
8.	From the Edit menu, choose Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.
9.	Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the Accounts list.
10.	Check the box next to "Use name and password", and enter your username into the User Name box. Click 'Ok'.

1.	Open Eudora.
2.	Click 'Next'.
3.	Select 'Create a brand new email account' and click 'Next'.
4.	Type your full name into the Your Name box, and click 'Next'.
5.	Type your email address into the appropriate box and click 'Next'.
6.	Enter your username into the Login Name field, and click 'Next'.
7.	Enter mail.flmtgif.org into the Incoming Server box, and select 'POP'. Click 'Next'.
8.	Enter mail.flmtgif.org into the Outgoing Server box, and check the box labeled 'Allow authentication'. Click 'Next', then click 'Finish'.
